We met with management the evening of Monday, May 31.
We presented a package of revised proposals. Of what remains on the table for our Coalition:
Article 45.1C – Lateral Transfers OED
* We moved to compromise with management.
Article 45.1M – Lateral Transfers DHS-OHA
* We moved to compromise with management
*Hardship transfers-we moved to emphasize our need to reduce the distance
requirement.
Article 70.1C – Geographic area for Layoff for UI Call Centers OED
* We stood strong on our original proposal
Article 90.1C – ALJ workweek OED
* We withdrew our proposal
Article 90.1M – Shift bidding
* We stood strong on our original proposal and heard excellent testimony from
our Union Brothers from OSU and OYA.
We will meet again on Monday, June 13, 2011.
We hope for resolution of our remaining issues at our next meeting. Please feel welcome to join our caucus at 6 pm at SEIU Headquarters in Salem at 6 pm.
