Leadership Training Level 1
This training is for new and long-time Stewards, Local Officers, and Members who want to make the union more effective and active on a day-to-day basis in the work site.
Learn Union history and vision; greeting and orienting new workers into the union, effective leadership, communication and listening skills, building structures through mapping the work site, work site issues, and actions - preparing our message, organizing for political action.
This is a two-part training, starting Friday evening and continuing all day Saturday.
Light breakfast and lunch provided.
