to pass in order for OYA to avoid huge cuts has been stuffed into House
Bill 3508. HB 3508 is likely to be voted out of committee today (Thursday) and
could go to the floor of the House for a vote as early as tomorrow. It
is possible that we have until Monday but if it does not pass we do not
see any other alternatives.

Now we welcome a new first, the election of the first Adult Foster Home Union President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Steward and Council.
