Adult Foster Home providers from across Oregon have been working together to make improvements for over a year now. We have experienced many firsts together: the first union for Adult Foster Home providers, our first union contact and the first significant increase to the Medicaid reimbursement rates. Now we welcome a new first, the election of the first Adult Foster Home Union President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Steward and Council.
