Addus HealthCare has been providing a full range of comprehensive home care services since 1979. Addus HealthCare workers are members of SEIU Local 503, and they are the only union provider of private homecare services in Oregon.

Today, Addus is one of the largest providers of home care services in America. Our programs consistently exceed the strict standards set by state agencies.

After a complimentary assessment, our staff of professionals will develop a care plan tailored to meet your specific needs. We will partner with you and your family to develop the program that‘s best for you.

Addus “Veterans Deserve” Program
If you are a veteran, the surviving spouse, or an adult child with parent care needs, there may be financial assistance and supportive services available.

Benefits Check Up
Local, state and federal programs can help many people who are struggling with expenses such as prescription drugs, rent, heating bills, meals and more. The programs already exist, although it’s often hard to find them.

Benefits Check Up is a Web site that can help people aged 55 and over and some younger people with Medicare find and get the benefits they are eligible for. Completing a Benefits Check Up questionnaire only takes a few minutes. It’s free and your answers are always private.

You can download and fill out this form and fax it in. More information about the Benefits Check Up program here.

How to start
Call one of our professional care managers at 1.888.233.8746. They will help you to initially develop a plan of care. We normally start by scheduling a home visit to fully assess needs. Following the assessment, you will receive a detailed plan of care with the costs clearly defined. At that point, the care manager and your family will meet to discuss what works best for your family.
