State/University News & Contracts
In bargaining, members who work for state agencies are divided into four coalitions: DHS, Institutions, ODOT, and Specials.
DHS COALITION includes the Employment Dept., Oregon Health Authority, and the Dept. of Human Services (DHS).
INSTITUTIONS COALITION includes OR Youth Authority (OYA), OR State Hospital (OSH), Eastern OR Training Center (EOTC), and Eastern OR Psychiatric Center (EOPC).
ODOT COALITION includes OR Dept. of Transportation (ODOT), OR Parks & Recreation Dept. (OPRD) (incl. State Fair), Forestry Dept., OR Dept. of Aviation (ODOA), Driver and Motor Vehicles (DMV), and OR Dept. of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW).
SPECIALS COALITION includes more than 20 State agencies. Click here for the full list.
OUS includes classified employees in the Oregon University System at all 7 campuses: Eastern Oregon University (EOU), Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT), Oregon State University (OSU), Portland State University (PSU), Southern Oregon University (SOU), University of Oregon (UO), and Western Oregon University (WOU).
