Leadership Training Levels 1, 2, and 3. These are offered on an on-going basis around the state.
Chief Steward Training, offered quarterly.
Stewards' Conference occurs every two years.
Leadership Academy is an annual series.
Local Officer Training.
Board Committee and Caucus Training is held every two years.
Specialized Trainings:FMLA/OFLA/FLSA; State and Federal Wage regulations; bargaining team
training; Communications and Informal Problem Solving for Work Site
Leaders; Arbitration Screening and Media Training.
Labor Education and Research Center (LERC): The University of Oregon provides various trainings through the Labor Education and Research Center.
