Bully Boss Training:
SEIU Local 503 periodically offers a workshop for Chief Stewards called "Harassment and How to Deal with Bully Bosses." The training helps stewards to recognize “Bully Bosses,” and to develop effective strategies to empower workers faced with this situation.
