American Family Life Assurance of Columbus (Aflac)

Aflac offers guaranteed-renewable insurance policies, including accident, hospital indemnity, dental, vision, and cancer policies. The benefits are predetermined and paid in addition to any other insurance you have.

SEIU members can apply for these policies at payroll rates. You can even have the premium deducted from your checking or savings account, or charged to your credit card. We will meet with you in a confidential one-on-one setting to discuss the policies and determine which will best fit YOUR needs. We may ask a number of questions during our time together to help you make that determination. We want you to have the coverage you need to help protect you and your family. Several of the policies offer a choice of different levels of coverage. We will look at your present and future needs together to select the right coverage for you and your family.
