The DAS Master Agreement is supplemented by contracts with four Coalitions: Dept of Human Services, Institutions, OR Dept of Transportation, and Special Agencies. The Coalition agreements address issues of concern to workers in Coalition agencies, in addition to the more general conditions of the Master Agreement.

We bargain with the Oregon University system at the DAS Central Table. Conditions specific to classified workers in the seven universities are bargained separately.

SEIU 503 represents approximately 19,000 workers for the State of Oregon, Dept of Administrative Services and 3,000 classified workers in the Oregon University System. The contracts are bargained every two years.
