This is a Bargaining Conference for our DAS and OUS Bargaining Delegates, Local Officers, Stewards, Contract Action Team members (CATs), Activists, and SEIU Local 503, Board members. The Union will pay expenses for these attendees. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact your Local President.

On-site registration is from 8:00a.m. to 9:00a.m. The Conference starts at 9:00a.m. Lunch will be provided for conference attendees and parking is complimentary.

Room sharing is encouraged per AP&P, Article V, Section 8. AP&P, Article V, Section 12, allows for lodging the night before a meeting (Friday) only for those traveling over 75 miles one way and for lodging after a meeting for those who cannot reach home by 9:00 p.m.

A breakfast coupon for a complimentary breakfast will be provided to members staying at the Doubletree Hotel, on Friday night, 9/10/10 (as well as Saturday, 9/11/10, when applicable). For members not staying at the hotel, breakfast is “on your own” (and not eligible for reimbursement).

In order to contain costs for this Conference, carpooling is encouraged. For ride assistance, please contact your nearest field office.

NOTE: If you are registered for the Conference and do not come, you will be personally be charged for costs incurred on your behalf (meals, lodging, etc.). If you need to cancel, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
